the thing you need to understand in order to get yourself out of this:

YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED ALREADY INSIDE OF YOU.
see? i told you, kid! you don't want to hear it that i'm not going to solve your problems for you, but BELIEVE ME: YOU CAN DO THIS. you don't NEED some fanciful boon or special power, because YOU ALREADY HAVE IT WITHIN YOU.

it will be hard. you will have to take time and stock of yourself and your situation, your goals and ideals, your vices and virtues. get rid of what you don't need. it can't help you any more. that subscription you never utilize? get rid of it. that friend who only talks down to you? they're gone. a crappy family member? no contact.

I NEVER SAID IT WOULD BE EASY.
but in time, you will shed your skin, and you will bloom. no unnecessary chains to bind you. your addictions, conquered. you have bid your time, and NOW IS THE TIME.
